How long until I get my order?
Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping depends on your location and the option you choose. Express (DHL) typically arrives in 1–5 business days; Economy ranges from 3–10 days in Europe up to 8–16 days for some destinations. Full breakdown is on our Shipping page.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking code by email.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders outside Switzerland/the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, production may already be underway.
