Refund policy
All sundries products are made to order. Because each item is produced individually and we do not hold stock, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product. We kindly ask that you review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us via the contact form on our website within 14 days of delivery, providing:
- Your order number, and
- A detailed description of the defect (photos are appreciated and help us process your request faster)
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost. There is no need to return the original item.
